All employees of Certified Angus Beef LLC are employed at-will, which means the company or an employee may terminate an employment relationship at any time, with or without cause.

I understand that any falsification or omission will be cause for withholding an offer of employment or immediate grounds for dismissal if employed. I further understand that unsatisfactory results, refusal to submit to such testing, or any attempts to affect the results of these pre-employment tests or checks may negate any offer of employment or termination of employment if already employed.
